Dr. Who is boring and anime is horrible. Being torn about this is the same as being torn between retarded and not retarded. Still four for the fact that we'll never see Wolf this far along.

Is that what Daleks look like inside the armor? Despite being a mere Dr. Who Novice, I must say that would be really disappointing if they are just armless cyberzombies.

I'm impressed by how horrified this made me.

There's about a billion things wrong with this, but for some reason the one that stood out most for me was that the idea of the 70-year-old John Pertwee Doctor beating up gang members with kung fu.

I mean, if you're going to go the action route, use someone more spry. You could at least have Peter Davison beat them with a cricket bat. Or have Colin Baker scream at them until they die.

Or, better yet, the whole movie is Tom Baker taking big swigs from a bottle of Jack while typing furiously on a Prime Computer. Every time he presses "enter" a moon somewhere explodes, because that's just how powerful Primes are.

It's missing the obligatory dialogue:

"YAAAAAAAA!"
"AH-AH-AAAAAAAAH!"
"WH-WH-WHAAAAAA?!?!"

Actually, scratch that. This was way, WAY too well-made to be considered a fanime. Home-made anime might actually suffice.

Holy shit is THIS ever a mix of awesome and wretched. Pertwee, the interpretation of the Cybermen, the Daleks... all asskicking animated goodness... and then come the giant eyed stereotypical anime bikini girls and teenagers and out of place humor and unnecessary horseshit.

The Cyberman death bit was damned cool as well.

I approve of rat-faced anime teenagers with stupid haircuts being exterminated by Daleks.

Technical execution is awesome for an independent artist. Now if he broke away from his fanime roots, which is acting as baggage to the over all look, this could be really fucking cool.

Amazing fan animation, but he can't ditch the anime teenagers and sound guy fast enough.

I don't know jack about anime or Dr. Who but if all this was made by one dude, I am impressed.

At least one star is for the concept of an animated Jon Pertwee (in the frilly suit!!) and the dalek.

It looks really good, actually, but maybe I'm just ruined because when I think fan-made animation, I think:

1. That hideous thing with the Sailor Moon Care Bears
2. BOOOOOONK!

That said, I'd swear I've seen ideas thrown around for a Doctor Who cartoon already...like around the 1980s. I don't know if it ever got past the conceptal stages, but in the one piece of art I've seen, the Doctor reminded me of Egon from the Real Ghostbusters. Also, I think he had question marks all over his coat like Matt Lesko.

Its been a day since I saw this and... still terrified that this is fan made, and the implications of that.

Those character designs are all over the whole fucking map. Did he just cut-and-paste characters from a bunch of other anime or something, like he did the dialog from Doctor Who?

I will not lie: I am a nerd and I could nerd rage all over this, but instead I find it hilarious. Anime cliché as slappable companion is great. I suspect the sound guy thing is because he's using clips for large chunks of it. But yeah, Pertwee kung-fu.

It looks like two animations jamed together. It jars.

Cool Cybermen though.
