That shouldn't be too hard as long as this guy isn't too picky and the matchmaker isn't drawing from the wrong league. I bet there are plenty of geeky middle aged wiccans and starfleet uniform wearing mailwomen who would dig him.
I tend to think net neutrality people are people who dont understand network engineering. QoS/costing and 'discriminating' between different types of traffic have pretty much become a necessity. If you offer public wi-fi and allow bittorrent and SIP/H323 the same priority, you're going to have a problem.
