If you are going to rip-off several crappy kid animes, you could at least come up with a better premise than, "magical cards fell from the sky."

My nephew is big into this. We've gotten him a bunch of those little monster orbs & cards and I play it with him from time to time.

He watches the cartoon on the TV here in the den. I try to tune it out, but the characters' voices are like sonic drills piercing my skull.

At least it got him out of his Yu-Gi-Oh phase.

5 stars for having an intro song written using Microsoft SongSmith.

The great thing about the premise is that the kids didn't actually have to pay for any of the cards. They just rained from the skies like manna from Heaven.

Not only does this anime support socialism, but it also gives divine justification for it.

I remember trying to watch this at 5:30 in the morning after coming off of a Vodka and Orange Juice bender. I sobered up real quick. I believe I also vomited.

Also, jesus christ those are some regrettable-ass character designs. It's like Anime Kid By Committee.

the way they introduced the characters lead me to believe this has some Japanese influence involved...just guessing

This show makes me Yu-Gi-Oh look fucking brilliant.
