They seriously just spend their time going on and on about how oppressive a city Keene is because they have to do things like: not leave couches on their lawns forever, be polite to judges, get permits for events that would take all of five minutes to get, not video tape inside court-houses when asked not to.
Meanwhile there are things that you would THINK they would get pissed about, but no, couches and judges that's all. The people at city hall just sort of shake their heads at the antics.
