Yes and no, cog. This is the Korean pop band "Super Junior" (which my students don't shut the hell up about), and so this is their style. It's not indicative of all young Korean men. On the other hand, if you are in the bigger cities like Seoul, then emo is the predominate style, though luckily the whining is not included.

I once got a case of kimchi flavored instant noodles as thanks for tutoring a Korean friend in a programming course. So I guess I like it too, but I'm not sure since I only had it in junk food form.

update: the real stuff is like cabbage with carbonation in it. it is an affront to god. not that bad though, besides disturbing the natural order of tihngs, just kinda weird.
