I never quite understood where Brak made the transition from evil space pirate to friendly retard. I figure Space Ghost hit him too hard once and caused brain damage, but he didn't seem very evil as a kid either.
Maybe it had something to do with the black hole he fell into in the original cartoon.
In SGC2C he said that he used to be smart but then he got hit by radiation and the radiation half-lobotomized him THE END.
I'd vote for Brak as president.
Cartoon Planet is just as good as C2C.
