Did anyone else read the title as "fearless chickens" or am I the only one?
Also, I doubt that the quality of chicken life is the real goal. It seems they'd be faster and cheaper to process since there are no feathers to remove.
"Yes, as for now I only have two featherless chickens but soon their numbers will grow and grow and grow...and then I'll have revenge against those unimaginative fools in the poultry research community that laughed at my ideas! Soon, I will be master of the world! AH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!"
Soon they will resember bloated sacks of fat with eight limbs when the chicken meat industry realizes they dont have to use the acid bath to remove the feather now.
And in actuality, many chickens are still alive during that phase. It would save chickens from one tiny sliver of the horrific process.
