That's bizzarely cute animal.

Recipe for Agouti Curry:

2lbs Agouti
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 tbsps curry
1/4 lb green paw paw (papaya), peeled and chopped
3 tbsp sugar
20 leaves chadon beni, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsps oil
seasoning to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste

That's a rodent of unusual size. To me it looks more like a cross between a rat and a deer.
