I did it! But then I felt conflicted. On the one hand, I had some mean things to say, but on the other, if this girl is deaf, that would make me the shittiest person in the world... but then I saw that I would still not be as big an asshole as whomever bought the deaf girl a guitar... so...

Whoever referred to this as the "Chrissie Hynde after a stroke" sound is a hero.

Her "A dream a fantasy" song makes her sound even more deaf. That, coupled with her odd syntax when writing makes me agree that she is likely deaf, but why would she not mention it? You'd think that a deaf singer would advertise that. I mean, she's horrible for a non-deaf person, but someone might be like "Ah, she's not bad for a deaf person!"

Ok, so a look at her MySpace page reveals two scanned newspaper articles, neither of which mention she is deaf. Absolutely none of the bios or comments on her numerous web presences identity her as deaf. Part of me suspects this is a hoax. The other part of me recalls Chris-Chan's music videos.
