I wish I had more stars to give for the "right-wing terrorism" tag.

Classic.

Most exploitaition flicks are pre-Troma. Troma stuff hardly even qualifies, since they're jokes.

It is actually a southern interpretation of Brigadoon and needs a Herschell Gordon Lewis tag.

pre-Troma Expolitation = pre-Carlos Mencia comedy

As mentioned in the Poe-News, a remake of this came out in '05 and it has Robert Englund in it. Not on my "must see" list, but if I saw it at Hastings for 6 bucks I'd grab it.

It's unbelievably ridiculous.

Someone lent it to me, even though I didn't ask for it. So I felt I had a responsibility to view it.

It's fucking awful, and not very memorable. In fact, I can't tell you a damn thing about it other than the landlady from "Kingpin" is in it.

I saw an abridged version of this on Network One several years ago. I say abridged in the sense that it was 15 minutes long. All of the good violent scenes were intact and unedited.

The barrel thing. I loved the barrel thing. That has got to be the best way to kill someone ever.

Whatever you do don't say 'contrived'!

Red-band trailers certainly were tame back then.

Jet Bin Fever - 2009-06-29

I clicked on this kind of hoping for Natalie Merchant to sing something. I was pleasantly surprised.

I went into this intending to count how many times the Confederate flag shows up and immediately gave up.
