Except ONE.

Is that a colon? Are we supposed to start listing them?

1903: Golden Age. All is right in the world.
1904: ditto
1905: ditto
1906: The Liberals, in alliance with the rising force of Labour, defeat the Conservatives under Lord Arthur James Balfour in the General Election. Before the decade was out, this so called "party" of knock kneed Fabians, raving anarchists, and Irish persons, would succeed in eliminating the veto of the House of Lords. The King himself fell dead in shock, unwilling to suffer life in such a benighted age. The dyke sundered, fair Albion would be drowned by the stinking masses. That perennial foe, Emperor Willhelm II, drew his red serpentine tongue along the gleaming edge of his sabre as he beheld our vulnerability. Form! Riflemen, form!

For you, allcaps. Godspeed.

Yes, but most of the younger ones would have live long enough to have gone from horse draw carriages lit with kerosene lamps to watching TV and seeing video of astronauts on the Moon broacast live from the USA using communication satellites.
I don't live in London so I don't know how much is still there but I can tell Big Ben still is!

Gas prices must have been insanely high for those people to using horses to drive their carriages.
