You should hear it without the Beep Suppressor.

You are my hero.

What the fuck is he wearing? It's like half-lounge shirt, half-uniform for the Chesthair army, mustache division.

Led by General Tom Selleck.

How does the Mac-10 with suppressor eject its spent cartridges if the suppressor is eating up all the gas then? Is a suppressed mac-10 more likely to jam due to a failure to properly eject the casing? ung how can he get me so close and then just leave me hanging

Big Beef Burritos Supreme - 2009-07-15

The Colt 45 is a recoil based weapon, and the Mac 10 is blowback operated and designed to work with its suppressor.

Wiki!

Holy shit, my friend's dad used to have these videos. We all used to watch them back in 86' or 87'. The best ones are where he shoots through cover and demonstrates the use of concealed weapons. Briefcase MAC10 for the win!

Crucifried - 2009-07-16

I was under the impression that most suppressors were made, not to silence, but to change the sound of the weapon. Some silencing does happen, but more importantly, it sounds like a chair falling over, or a car hitting a curb or something. If you do notice the sound, you write it off.

Check out the "hush puppy". It's small, and it was originally used to silence guard dogs. If a guard dogs bark will bring people, it's noise probably would too, but it doesn't sound like a gun.

Dicknuts - 2009-07-16

The action alone on a lot of firearms can be over 100dB. And if the ammunition is supersonic there will still be a loud 'crack'. It can sound like the shooter is farther away if nothing else.

Syd Midnight - 2009-07-16

The OSS had a really effective silencer in WW2, but it used rubber washers so it was only good for a couple shots, then it had to be rebuilt. That's handy if you're a spy but useless if you're a hobby shooter.

these stars are for loading and firing the gun without bothering to stand up
