It would be if it didn't take hours upon hours of work just to make a basic moveset and a character. It's a cool idea, but typical of the "maker" series it was really badly implemented and not very user friendly.
yeah had this game once and this was the only thing I figured out how to do. Everything else turned out exactly like the original fighter maker video, which at the time I made me go " this game is bullshit." Now it's art. Sold it for a total of 6 dollars, I really wish I never had :(
