As for context, it is implied, by contestant's grimace at getting the question wrong, that he and everyone in the studio is on the same page as to why this is embarrassing for said contestant; neither Jeopardy nor Alex Trebek are in the business or practice of racially insulting contestants, despite the INFALLIBLE accuracy of Youtube titling.
