I'm guessing the one robot is saying "I'll fucking CUT you" at the end and the other one is saying "help!"
"Yamero!" means "stop it!" so yeah, pretty much that.
At the risk of looking like an animefag, I think they're saying "Hello!" and "Stop!" back and forth. Five stars for the same reason as the CNC lathe pencil sharpener.
At the risk of sounding like an even bigger animefag, I think it goes as follows at the end: "Kono yarou!" - "Let's do this!" (Let's fight) and then the stop thing.
Japan: why pay an illegal immigrant to do some menial task for an hour when you can just buy a quarter of a million dollar robot to do the same thing?

Don't forget about the workers you have to pay to keep all the supplies topped up and the mechanical systems in good working order. Japanese engineering textbooks must look like collections of Rube Goldberg cartoons.
