Yeah, the Looney Tunes franchise had pretty much been milked dry well before "Loonatics".

I just cannot stand it that Lola Bunny got canonized off her appearance in a fucking horrible movie starring Michael Jordan because someone decided there weren't enough (read: any) female Looney Tunes characters and there just had to have a stupid fucking chick character with no personality or backstory in every future Looney Tunes endeavor.

As creepy as this is, remember that for years George Lucas ran the exact same racket to retain Star Wars mind share among preschoolers years after the original series ended and he was never ever called on it.

I recognize this as being a horrible thing in so many ways, and yet I also recall my infant daughter liking to watch this on Sprout or Nick Jr or something, and so at the same time this terrible song that I haven't thought of for years brings back nice memories. Such is life.
