I was thinking about zine people the other day and how they peaked during my adolesence and then tapered off.

Ha-ha, zine-people.

When does he get his own show on FoodTv?

Jeriko-1 - 2009-09-07

At least it would be entertaining, though sponsors would be tricky to find!

My Momma's Genuine Minnesota Tater Tot Hot Dish recipe:

1/2 bag of tots (I find the disc-shaped work best)
1 lb. ground beef
1 bag frozen corn, cooked & drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (You can substitute Cream of Chicken without any compromise of flavor.)
1 can of milk
Seasoned Salt & Pepper
PAM Cooking Spray
Ketchup

Brown and drain ground beef. Cook corn according to package directions. In large bowl, mix ground beef with cooked corn, soup, and Seasoned Salt & Pepper to taste. Fill empty soup can with milk and dump in mixture. Stir well. Press mixture into round casserole dish coated with PAM. Top with Tots (just dump them on about an inch and a half deep, no need to line them up all fancy). Sprinkle with more Seasoned Salt & Pepper. (Spraying the top with more PAM makes the tots extra crispy,if you're into that). Place on center rack in an oven preheated to 350F. Cook for 30-45 minutes or until tots are golden brown. Allow to sit for at least 15 minutes to avoid it being runny. Serve with ketchup.

It's delicious, simple, and a hit at the potlucks!
