Remember, it's only desensitization if there isn't a sharply marked difference in your reaction between watching it on a screen, and seeing it actually happen right in front of you.
I'm sure we'd all be horrified if we were at the right place at the right time to be a witness to a lot of the videos around here, and probably most of us would pull over to run and call the paramedics, or give cardiopulminary rescusitation ourselves until they got there.
That said, HAHAHAHA fat kid in a bungee-seat almost falls out! It's like that story about lard-asses needing to buy two seats on Delta Airlines, except manifested!
