They'd build up enough momentum, push the laundry cart up the ramp, at which point both the laundry cart and its occupant would shrink by about 50% since there wasn't nearly enough clearance otherwise. And then the newly smallized object would go FLYING off the ramp, it's occupant will Do A Dew, and then whip a guitar and be all weedily weedily weedily!
