See, this is why I'd rather deal with a Mac employee. It just works.

Xenocide - 2009-11-18

Mac employees are so indie that they hate all forms of music, so this would never happen.

James Woods - 2009-11-18

Works for me.

boner - 2009-11-18

except megaphone crooning

oogaBooga - 2009-11-18

Hate all forms of music? I guess you haven't actually been to an Apple store.

Cleaner82 - 2009-11-18

I would prefer to never set foot in any of these horrible places.

spencer - 2009-11-18

*cringing HARD thinking about the time they spent rehearsing for this*

5 very sad stars

Konversekid - 2009-11-18

Gary... if your not going to dance, I'm sorry to say, Microsoft won't be able to keep you. You knew full well when joining with us that you would have to dance, and you aren't meeting those requirements. We're letting you go.

Also stars for the unbearable length of this, and the people that became so embarrassed from watching that the only way to rid themselves it was to join.

Doomstein - 2009-11-18

Gary: "But I just want to sell computers."

Manager: "Not without seven years of ballet and two of jazz tap, you're not."

Wonko the Sane - 2009-11-18

1/100 of that time actually dedicated to dance would have led to a much more interesting piece of choreo.

fatatty - 2009-11-18

1/100th of that time actually dedicated to teaching sales might actually make their salespeople...sell things.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2009-11-18

Back when we were starting up Apple, we were lucky to get tappa tappa!

spencer - 2009-11-18

Picture a frazzled old lady trying in vain to get someone to help her buy a computer for her grandson as these idiots mindlessly twirl around her in lockstep.

James Woods - 2009-11-18

hahaha No Computer for Old Women

Time Traveling Clown - 2009-11-18

Excuse me can I *clap* ...umm *clap* Can you help me? *clap* ...uhh hello? *clap* *clap* OK... *clap* Nevermind... I just go check out the Apple store. *clap*

chumbucket - 2009-11-18

all of the notebooks spontaneously blue-screened as soon as this starts up

James Woods - 2009-11-18

This is a distraction tactic. Meanwhile in the back IT experts work frantically to un-brick everything in the store before people get wise.

wtf japan - 2009-11-18

The dual core bracessors on that one employee is making my microsoft go macrohard.

wtf japan - 2009-11-18

*are

Stog - 2009-11-18

I'm upgrading to a quadband teraboner.

delicatessen - 2009-11-18

Clearly, no gays were involved in the making of this video.

glasseye - 2009-11-18

*insert comment about sexuality of Apple store customers/workers*

Busby Berkeley - 2009-11-18

I prefer the one where they forced them to do the 'Thriller' dance. Those poor prisoners.

kennydra - 2009-11-18

terrible

Billie_Joe_Buttfuck - 2009-11-18

that's a whole lotta bitch tits.

Redlof - 2009-11-18

The company that thinks this is a good idea is still in business.

Cleaner82 - 2009-11-18

Back when I was a Blockbuster monkey I once had to stand by the door and greet people as they entered.

At the time, I thought that was pretty humiliating.

svraz - 2009-11-18

They need a union.

oogaBooga - 2009-11-18

The embarassment is leaking through my monitor and now im embarassed for having watched it.

Kingofthehobos - 2009-11-18

6 months ago in the secret underground lair of Microsoft Execs..

"We need to have a hot female employee!"

"We have interviewed thousands But none of them are qualified!"

"Well make them qualified for the job, make them do something hot chicks can do!!"

"Alright.. ... we will make them dance or something"

Sudan no1 - 2009-11-18

oh god and they are dancing to that horrible 'mazeltov' song.

Hooker - 2009-11-18

Holy God does Microsoft have a massive inferiority complex.

Time Travel Mishap - 2009-11-18

The Blackeyed Peas compel the employees at the Microsoft Store in Mission Viejo, California to break out in dance, let their hair down and have some fun. This is an amazing store, the employees seem really excited and engaged, almost happy to be at work. My favorite parts are when people walking in the mall come inside the store, join in the dancing and have some fun. The amazing thing is that people are in the store for hours, they love interacting with the software and learning about new technology. Original post at

I want everybody involved in this dead. That includes the customers who didn't leave after 10 seconds.

Cleaner82 - 2009-11-18

The most soul-crushing aspect of this whole thing is that it may be good fucking business sense. I hate that it's even possible.

detc - 2009-11-19

"the employees seem really excited and engaged, almost happy to be at work."

"almost happy"

THA SUGAH RAIN - 2009-11-18

Did you see the size of these people? This is just the mandatory aerobics to keep these people from having heart attacks and killing the healthcare premium.

Evilhead - 2009-11-18

If teenage me was there I would have started moshing.

pastorofmuppets - 2009-12-18

I see they've gone with the Apple store strategy of having 4 salespeople for every customer. It's a good one, unless you don't want to aggravate people.
