I guess since I never watched this when I was young I am not seeing it through the rose-tinted glasses the rest of you are.

Like I said though, fairly stylish. I've noticed that Jack doesn't seem to talk much which might be why this cartoon didn't do so well and I'd never heard of it till now.

Also making the badguy chinese is pretty racists.
