I think that even a full sized one would not be very threatening. Maybe it needs more tentacles.
The one thing you mustn't forget about robotics is that everything is a 120:1 scale model proof of concept. They simply lack the billion needed to produce the full scale model that wrestles tanks and punches buildings.
