Unhappily ever after.

Chibisuke - 2010-01-01

What's with the "not a chipmunk" tag?

freedoom - 2010-01-01

Your mom's not a chipmunk.

Candlejackv616 - 2010-01-01

My guess is since the only thing in recent memory I can think of that's out now for kids is that squeakel nonsense, I presume this is Pride's way of counteracting that(?).

That said this short is amazing, I like my silent protagonist whimsy with a nice dark/ironic twist. Plus the lighting and the way the camera follows the character around is all kinds of great. Now based on what i just saw I'm gonna go infer that either:

A. Don't go in stores and touch the merchandise without permission or you'll turn into a dead eyed doll.

B. Don't write shit in chalk on the outside of buildings creating unintentional half-assed graphitti, otherwise you'll be tempted to walk into stores and... well you know the drill.

Goofy Gorilla - 2010-01-01

How damn stupid are you to think that that is a chipmunk?

love - 2010-01-01

it means, "don't jack to this, shitcock"

Urburos - 2010-01-01

C: Don't throw snowballs at doll shops or everything you love will turn on you.

Crucifried - 2010-01-01

The design in this is amazing. From the store that looks like an open mouth to the spiral rug to... UGH IT'S JUST ALL SO DELIBERATE. IT'S GREAT.

Actually I would dare say he was heavily inspired by Gaudi's architecture or some of his contemporaries in Barcelona. There is a window very much like that one in Barcelona.

I approve.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2010-01-01

This is almost a kid version of Stephen King's "Room 1408" crossed with something from The SCP Foundation.

Richmond - 2010-01-02

Or the Narcissus myth.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2010-01-04

With just a dash of Grimm Brothers. Don't go where you're not invited, kids.

Casual Tea Party - 2010-01-06

I'm sure there are plenty of places where children are invited that they shouldn't go to either.

GoneGirl - 2010-01-01

I don't think that whimsical music is successful in pretending this isn't totally horrific.

HankFinch - 2010-01-01

Twilight Zone with a doll instead of the mannequin, still fun though

Meerkat - 2010-01-01

...milkmen, some of whom are very, very old.

Mr. Purple Cat Esq. - 2016-01-01

Stars for that!

memedumpster - 2010-01-01

I kept making Terror of the Autons jokes to myself, but then it turned out to be more horrific than that.

dead_cat - 2010-01-02

:D D:

Jeriko-1 - 2010-01-02

Too bad there's no room for a Henry Stauf tag.

rustedmutt - 2010-01-02

Brilliant, creepy, and adorrible!

Plan B - 2010-01-02

Yep, right into the Hedge.

bopeton - 2010-01-02

Obviously the moral of the story is to always leave both mittens on because the brain-transfer only works with the touch of bare flesh.

Broose182 - 2010-01-03

Shit is creepy.

Aubrey McFate - 2010-01-08

The sliding sound the eyeballs make.
