I feel conflicted:1. This is one of the best uses of police equipment ever. 2. They're on duty and probably should be trying to do things like... I don't know... stopping murderers.
Well yes, of course. People need tar, if some schmuck is going to horde it all for himself. I commend the police for their outstanding job of resource management.
