I don't see why this is any worse than other, more common, X-TREEM body mods parents do to their kids, viz. circumcision, ear piercing, etc.

Charles - 2010-01-23

Well, circumcision is normally done by a trained medical professional with sterile instruments. I can't say the same for piercing, however.

No excuse for giving your kids prison tattoos though.

splatterbabble - 2010-01-23

I have friends (brothers) that tattooed themselves as pre-teens. Those tattoos have since been tattooed over. They used an electric leg razor with a sewing needle spot welded to the top of it and India ink for ink.

Oh, they also had access to an arc welder.

Beware the prepubscent pachuco crosses of satan.

MaulLove - 2010-01-23

Having never seen a homemade tattoo machine before, I was pretty disgusted.

oddeye - 2010-01-23

I gave myself one when I was about 14 using a ballpoint and a sewing needle.

oddeye - 2010-01-23

it didn't really work

Dicknuts - 2010-01-24

I had a friend give me one on the wrist with a ball point pen which he happened to be holding when I tried to slap him. Still there.

Witty_Pop_Culture_Reference - 2010-01-24

I still have the tip of a pencil lead embedded under the skin in my leg since grade 6. I've often wondered if that is what gives me my super powers, or at least the slow poisoning that leads me to believing I have superpowers.

pastorofmuppets - 2010-01-24

AFAIK graphite is non-toxic, so you probably do have superpowers.

nemeses9 - 2010-01-23

Needs "klassy" tag.

kwash - 2010-01-24

aaand a thank you.

TeenerTot - 2010-01-24

I could understand maybe three words this woman said. And I like how she ditched the traditional spelling of "Trevor" for a more unique "Trever" on her leg.
"Klassy" indeed.

pastorofmuppets - 2010-01-24

Similarly, I'm wondering if her son is legally named "Micheal" or if that's just the ballpoint pen ink talking.

Cleaner82 - 2010-01-24

On one hand, it's sad to see parents arrested for including their children in their hobby.

On the other hand their hobby involves a lack of a legal license and a sharpened guitar string hooked to a battery.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2010-01-24

I just don't understand how this got blow'd up so big!

The Mothership - 2016-04-21

Best part.
