5 for fearlessly and ferociously advocating fallacies.
Rudy Giuliani is a liar, and he's the reason thousands died on 9/11. Everybody wants to give him a pass, but its still on the record that he failed to give the NYFD the necessary communications equipment that could have led to better coordination and more lives saved in the attacks.
Giuliani needs to STFU and die already. A real man would have fallen on his sword a long time ago, this man knows not the definition of honor.

pastorofmuppets - 2010-01-28

Now hang on, quick response times aren't everything. I mean, in August of 2001 Bush didn't act on the memo about al Qaeda photographing NYC buildings and signing up for flight lessons, but by September his approval rating was 90%!

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2010-01-28

This piece of shit still gets air time?

baleen - 2010-01-28

He is one of those Republican "heroes" that tends to raise .25 for the Democrats for every he raises for Republicans.

baumer - 2010-01-28

Odds are good my parents watched this and didn't watch the President last night, so for them, everything he just said is true.

High fucking five, Fox News.

Teased Vagina - 2010-01-28

I'm not watching it, but I'm gonna guess he says there wasn't enough 9/11-based wailing and chestbeating (ie the same stuff he always says)?

baumer - 2010-01-28

It's far more falsifiable than that. It's 82 seconds; it's worth a watch.

cognitivedissonance - 2010-01-28

Remember when we relegated these political gasbag type shows to Sunday mornings... when god-fearing folk were in Church and god-ambivalent folk were hung over?

megaspy2000 - 2010-01-28

guys, he means the word ISLAMIC terrorism specifically. because he's stupid like that

pastorofmuppets - 2010-01-28

He has a point. This administration puts way too many resources towards stopping Luxembourgish terrorism, completely ignoring the real threat.

Frank Rizzo - 2010-01-28

didnt see the speech

but a minute long video doesnt really disprove the notion that he barely talked about the subject.

Just saying.

Umaro - 2010-01-28

Thanks Fox News!

Xenocide - 2010-01-28

Rudy is a terrible pundit. First the whole "no terror attacks occurred under Bush" thing, now this. See, most rightie pundits exaggerate the hell out of things in a way that isn't directly refutable. Rudy just straight-out lies, and his lies are incredibly easy to disprove. His claims are always stuff any 12 year old can fact check with two minutes on Google.

Also, he ran the worst campaign of any candidate in 2008. Which is saying something when your competition includes Fred Thompson.

I guess my point is that Rudy Giuliani was good at making the subways cleaner and otherwise is terrible at everything he's ever attempted.

Candlejackv616 - 2010-01-28

For you sir.

joyofdiscord - 2010-01-28

You're forgetting that a 2 minute google fact-check is far more work than Fox news viewers put into checking the credibility of their pundits. In that way, Giuliani's technique is far more effective than simply distorting the truth. The right wing echo-chamber can take any input, no matter how dubious, and turn it into a semi-truth.

sosage - 2010-01-28

They fact check on Google, but their searches are "Rudy Giuliani greatest guy ever", "Rudy Giuliani kicks Islams ass", "Rudy Giuliani kicks Obama's ass" and "Rudy Giuliani Deer Hunter cheat codes".

pastorofmuppets - 2010-01-28

Xenocide, you must not have been watching Fox News in the last couple of years...they make everything up now, even the footage.

It was kind of funny when Ann Coulter started doing it, but now...I dunno. The novelty's worn off.

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2010-01-31

"Rudy Giuliani Deer Hunter Cheat Codes"

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-01-28

9/11 was the best thing to ever happen to Rudy Giuliani.

charmlessman - 2010-01-28

It's like he knew exactly what he was going to say before the speech even happened, so he didn't even bother to watch it.

magnesium - 2010-01-28

I think what he is trying to say is "The president should say 'September 11th' in at least every other sentence. Which is why Rudy Giuliani should be president in 2012."

kingarthur - 2010-01-28

You've discovered his terrible plan!

phalsebob - 2010-01-28

He got Nazis in there. He loves Nazis.

Riskbreaker - 2010-01-28

Oh Rudy, you piece of shit.

joelkazoo - 2010-01-28

Couldn't of put it better myself, Risk! For you.

nemeses9 - 2010-01-28

God forbid the president doesn't imply all terrorists are Muslims. I mean, it's not as if the last administration did that enough already.

I used to have some sympathy for Guliani, I really did. But fuck man.
