The yakuza franchise is, at it's core, a beat em up, but it also offers lots of stuff to do. Shenmue was an ego exercise of Yu Suzuki, and it shouldn't be put in the same sentence with Yakuza.

If there was a Hard Gay video game for the Wii, it would be spectacular, especially if it came with a belt harness for the controller for pelvic thrust game play. It could be a party game even, with such mini games as Hard Gay Daycare and Hard Gay Building Construction, even Hard Gay Pizzeria, it would all utilize the exact same motion. The PS3 version would not be able to compete.
