They were pretty merciful to Kevin Smith here. The guy in this video is your-average-out-of-shape-american-gamer-dude-fat. Kevin Smith has gotten enormous. Like, he has one of those aprons of belly that hang down to his knees. I'm not kidding. He's the kind of fat that really makes you stop and think about the direction civilization is going.
My favorite aspect of this whole debacle is how he keeps protesting that he's not really that fat. He is upset that now people think he is fat, after he brought all this attention on himself over an issue that most will judge based on his appearance.
He also keeps focusing on the "arm chairs must be lowered" part of the rule while ignoring the "your fat cannot invade neighboring passengers space at all" clause.
