revdrew - 2010-03-16

I like the little boogie the robot does.

Ursa_minor - 2010-03-16

I miss the days when Tetris was OUTRAGEOUS.

Sundry - 2010-03-16

"Now you are playing with power."

Gameplay quality notwithstanding, it makes sense that the current generation of Nintendo products no longer use this catchphrase.

athodyd - 2010-03-16

"YOU FOOL! I WAS YOUR ONLY WAY BAAAAAACK"

FeeFiFoFoTheFifeFifeBrown - 2010-03-16

You know, this is one of the few things I can't look down on my younger self for thinking it was SO RAD at the time.

I mean, Game Boy *delivered*.

Right?

...

Don't forget Super Mario Land 1 and 2.

Honorable mentions: Nail N' Scale, Amazing Spiderman game, Wario land, Castlevania 2 Belmont's revenge, TMNT:fall of the foot clan, Turrican.

Man Who Fights Like Woman - 2010-03-17

I believe you are have both forgotten the Pokemon.

Kid Fenris - 2010-03-17

And Operation C, Bionic Commando, and Final Fantasy Adventure.

The Game Boy Castlevanias sucked, though.

glasseye - 2010-03-17

FFA and FFA2 were surprisingly fun.

megaspy2000 - 2010-03-18

link's awakening was amazing, and the original red/blue pokemon are among the best offerings of any console

snothouse - 2010-03-16

Jean jacket + red shirt = unbeatable combination.

boner - 2010-03-16

Tetris is still the best game ever.

Bozo - 2010-03-16

I loved my tricked out accessory laden Game Boy. So huge.

La Loco - 2010-03-17

I still have yet to find a Game Boy Camera, Game Boy Printer, and thermal paper at a good price. On the plus side, I just found my Game Boy Pocket, and a copy of Metroid 2, so I'm set for a few days. Or weeks.

La Loco - 2010-03-17

What, you have no love for the Game Boy Camera? Fucking /b/ sucks.

La Loco - 2010-03-17

I own a ds and want to get the dsi because it has the cameras but I think I'll wait till the next gen comes out.

La Loco - 2010-03-17

The DSI XL does look nice for the grip. The classic DS is the only thing that fits my hands. For more info on the Game Boy Camera, check this site, you'll want on after this.

I never had one of these. My only gaming as a kid was calling BBSs and playing door games.
