I used to work at Toys R Us when these first came out. At first they lingered there on their endcap, looking like a total dud, and the second they went to sale price they disappeared.
The sheer number of things at Toys R Us that "disappear" is mindboggling. Once we night stockers figured out that only one camera in the electronics department worked, we figured that one out, too.
