Tennessee should do the right thing and turn down help from the federal government. Helping people is unconstitutional, so technically Congress doesn't have the authority to allocate funds for this.
Considering that Nashville had the most amount of rain in two days it has ever had in recorded history it was THE news story all weekend. You couldn't travel across most of Middle TN over the weekend unless you had a boat.

I'm really only half-joking. There are already tons of news "stories" calling the Gulf oil spill and this "Obama's Katrina", as if the massively bungled response of Federal agencies dumbed down by a cronyism-obsessed administration is the exact same thing as the mere existence of disasters.
