I've heard him explain these stories so many times they don't seem so odd or incoherent, but 80s Ozzy sounded pretty damn weird and people were still worried that he might be a dangerous person.
5 Stars for Ozzy for creating a look for Melissa Etheridge to steal. Seriously though, since this is RIGHT AFTER Rhodes' death, it kind of explains his demeanor.
