I'd rather swim in that than the Ottawa river. Or the Canal.

Not unlike my butthole on a Sunday morning, too much Guinness right!?!

Dicknuts - 2010-05-14

I got an advertisement for "oil spill lawsuits." Man. That's... wow.

"Call now to speak to an experienced Florida attorney."

Fun fact; the ads change even when the video is paused. I just learned that while trying to memorize the 800 number.

Old Faithless.

oddeye - 2010-05-14

It doesn't look that bad. Bet I could swim down there and fill up a few containers with sweet black liquid gold.

kingarthur - 2010-05-14

Except the column-like structure they show at the end is supposedly eight stories tall.

godot - 2010-05-14

Word is that the proportion of gas to oil is increasing. This is positive, since it means that the localized pressure in the reservoir around the bore is falling below the bubble point. Natural gas is no longer bubbling out of the crude as it rises up the casing, but is instead forming a gas "cap" in the reservoir. If BP and the Gulf environment is lucky, this gas will continue to displace crude in the flow, and at some point we'll see a relatively benign methane leak while the relief well is being drilled.

Camonk - 2010-05-14

I ain't worried. Humans have no effect on the environment! NONE

Meatsack Jones - 2010-05-14

Away with your blaming BP! I am sure these leak happen all the time...naturally!

Koda Maja - 2010-05-14

I for one am proud of us humans. What other animal could ruin something as vast and magnificent as the ocean?

BorrowedSolution - 2010-05-14

Whales could do it. For all we know, whales did Gulf Oil Disaster. Open your eyes. Open them.

sosage - 2010-05-14

First robot arm is like, "uh! UH! UH! SHIT! UHM!"

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2010-05-15

When I found out about this I literally cried. I fucking hate everything when I watch this.

Callamon - 2010-05-17

I heard on the radio that people were using this film to estimate the flow as 5-20 times higher than what was being reported.
