if simon was a girl, and he drank spiked punch, and he got so drunk some clown at the party saw him as an easy lay, and he woke up the next morning naked with every hole in him bleeding, and he went home crying to his family because he thinks he was raped at the party last night but can't remember much of anything because he blacked out, his family would still find some way to crucify him for BEING A HARLOT AND INVOKING THIS TERRIBLE FATE SOMEHOW

I had an aunt who was into this show and would be watching it whenever we visited. The only thing I remember was the daughters being total bitches and all the men being walked over trying to accommodate them, unless the father was in the position to moralize on everyone.

Blues riff + sounds of vomiting gets some stars.

Remember, this show is a window to the life of many many families. That's what makes it even more scary.

This entire family gets off on browbeating each other.

I stopped watching at 1:00 and allowed my imagination to take over.
