Why did she cover the ledge she was standing on with goo at 0:30?
The ramp should be covered in goo, sure, but shouldn't she have started running on a surface with friction and THEN portal-ed to the frictionless surface?
Unless that's non-neutonian fluid.

Chibisuke - 2010-06-17 That's not frictinless goo. That's add to your velocity goo. If it was merely frictionless then she wouldn't have made it past all the spikes, because her top speed would be limited by how fast she was running when she hit the goo.

oddeye - 2010-06-17 Who the fuck is Issac Neuton?

|
Sundry - 2010-06-17 No, her top speed would be her initial speed plus whatever speed she gains during her tilted slide on a frictionless surface. I suppose it depends on whether she can outrun a ball rolling downhill on a friction-constant surface.
But you are right, that looks like a "run faster" goo. Maybe some fictional non-neutonian liquid rubber.

Now we know what happened to the old Nick Labs.

I look forward to playing this on the Mac in 2014. :D

oddeye - 2010-06-17 I'm going to play it, but only after a few years of it being out so I don't get any of the stupid pan-internet nerd humor that will no doubt result of this game.
