This movie was actually a pilot to see if an american produced Dr Who series would fly in the US. It probably would have if this movie didn't suck.

I have this on DVD. The worst of Doctor Who is still easier to be a fan of than being a Star Trek fan in general, so my Who fandom is pretty effortless. Also, Sylvester McCoy was the BEST.
