Yeah they do this all the time.

If there is more than one you have to move the boat because instead of fishing you will basically just be feeding dolphins. The fuckers will follow you too so you have to move pretty far away sometimes.

Dolphins can be serious assholes, but then again this one just swam away with a fish hook in its belly.
