Surprisingly high quality.

Actually a fun watch if you've got a few minutes.

Seen the whole thing, it's pretty good.

I would suggest that this isn't technically furry-fandom, but simply a pornography laden funny animal cartoon a la Fritz the Cat.

With Furry art, I've noticed it tends to be more idealized human bodies covered with fur and topped off with animal heads. These characters have a more rubbery look about them (though no where near the spaghetti limbs of the proto-typical toons of yesteryear). Plus, it seems the film is also heavily reliant on sight-gags (at least this is what I'm gathering from the trailer), while furries stories are waaaaay more dialog heavy.

If you enjoyed this dissertation on why Toenails feels one cartoony thing is another cartoony thing, please feel free to visit your local library for more information on subjects that are of extremely more importance and significance than anything found in this post.

I think it's an important distinction to make, lest we brush aside something like Fritz the Cat as furry porn. It's kind of the same thing that teh gays have done to cowboys. Just because they've fetishized it doesn't mean that all cowboys are now gay.

Anthropomorphic animals have been used in fables and cartoons as slightly detached allegories for real human problems and desires for a damn long time. Now that furries have come along and made it all creepy it's hard to think of them the same way, but we should avoid knee jerk rejections of anthropomorphic animal stories just to spite the furries.

That said, furries are totally fapping to this right now in their smelly, sweaty fur suits and it is fucking gross.

You kind of just nailed the difference. Furry crap is human bodies with fur and animals heads. Run of the mill anthropomorphism is animals with animal bodies acting like people.

It has the Bakshi and Rock'N'Rule influences, but has no easy-out rotoscoping.
Good for you!

This one is absolutely hammer upside the skull social satire. Pretty clever.

This looks better than Rob Zombie 'El Beasto' crap.
