PROLOGUE

The gold-mask people are bad.

Waugh - 2014-07-29

that makes a lot of sense.

Harveyjames - 2010-07-29

I notice how the Indian idea of what a 'cool guy' dresses like is also a bad stepdad's idea of what a 'cool guy' dresses like

phalsebob - 2010-07-29

"Bad Stepdad" is the coolest reality show in India right now.

bongoprophet - 2010-07-29

papercut_junky - 2010-07-29

Indian pop culture is kind of like Indian food... I keep going to the restaurants... I keep trying different dishes... but in the end, it all just tastes like curry.

Robert DeNegro - 2010-07-29

That's some whacky Punjab bullshit, boy.

Preybyemail - 2010-07-29

Girl is hotter than a four balled tom cat.

Hooper_X - 2010-07-29

Bollywood Mouth of the South Jimmy Hart has HAD it with your crimes, Harlequin Gang.

Oktay - 2010-08-04

You also mentioned that Bollywood uses dancing as a metaphor for sex (1). Could we take this video as a commentary on the death of love in modern Indian society? Or is it just the opposite, declaring the strength of love against adversaries, represented by the masked people? Also, what are the chances you'll be reading this, given that this video is about a month old?

Killer Joe - 2010-07-29

Do they have any action heroes that don't have at least a little gut/double chins?

kingofthenothing - 2010-07-30

He's actually built normally, he just happens to be a 4D creature moving through 3D space.

boner - 2010-07-29

Hammer Falls - 2010-07-30

Bollywood becomes self aware?

dead_cat - 2010-07-30

He can ride a motorcycle while taking a nap, has a boomerang self-aiming and -firing gun, and bullets run away from him if he makes eye contact with them while they are flying towards his head. And one time, he assassinated a whole army of assassins while kissing a girl under a blanket and he didn't even get cooties. And he also has a pet Tyrannosaurus that breathes fire and is named Wexler and can jump REALLY high.

And if every action movie had at least one scene where every single protagonist and antagonist dropped everything for a bizarre song-and-dance-and-fight scene, the world would be a better place.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2010-08-02

dead_cat I demand that someone gives you the money to make this. This must be.

dododge - 2010-08-01

BTW the song is "Athiradee" from the 2007 film "Sivaji". This is appaently the Tamil version; there is also currently an HD version of the same video on YouTube with the Hindi lyrics called "Aandhi Ki Tarah".

Wikipedia says the movie is 3 hours long and has 7 songs.
