It was simply called The Comic Strip. I vaguely recall the program blocks theme music was awful and repetitive. "Take a trip trip trip trip trip on the comic strip", something like that. forgot the network.

Karate Kat was starting to think that he was going to suffocate in that vault. Then, as soon as the bad guys open it up and see him, they just seal it back up and decide to come back in a couple of hours.
