The Germans are seriously tweaked about their former allies, Japan, cornering the market on shitting oneself and total wastes of time that are still awesome. They...will...win...even if they lost that whole word domination gambit.
I missed the boat on submitting this by MINUTES.

Oh well, this just means I can rate it.
cool hair

The majority of young German guys I know have that exact same hair, maybe it's a thing over there?

And yes, I want one. Do the same thing with a small robot and a model train diorama and I'd pay big money to play real Mech Warrior.

Wer Suende thut, der ist vom Teufel.
"... but first of all for efficient use of material." it doesn't get much more stereotypical German than that.
Far more awesome than I expected.
Put that little car on the moon or Mars and I will pay 00 to play it.
Gamara II
That would be awesome, except the speed-of-light lag on Mars is 6 minutes. :( I'd still do it.

3 minutes at perigee. At opposition it's more like 21.

just put the signal back from mars into warp speed and your problem is solved.

Gamara II
For two-way communication it'd be twice that since the round-trip matters (yeah I forgot the distance varies though, oops).

On second thought, maybe I wouldn't do this. I'd hate to be the guy who crashed the one RC car on Mars in a ditch.

I love my people sometimes.
Caminante Nocturno
Wipeout was my favorite arcade game back in the day. Not only am I glad to see it remembered, but I'm glad to see it remembered in such an awesome way.
Big Muddy
Wipeout 2097? came out on Playstation around the same time as Ridge Racer and Crusin' USA but I don't recall a arcade version at all.
