How God-damned evil do you have to be to design an ad campaign like this?
Seriously, it's a group of educated people basically telling everyone else they should stay ignorant.

SolRo - 2010-08-08 overpriced designer products, that are actually regular jeans and t-shirts, are targeted at stupidly vapid people. telling your stupid customer base that they are good for being dumb is the perfect marketing strategy.
Also; yes there's a ton of very stupid americans that are 'tired' of smart people being smart, I guess...maybe the presence of high intellect gives idiots constant headaches?

"200 dollars for this pair of diesel jeans."
"Don't be stupid."

There's something to be said for certain stupid things but this is an annoying ad campaign.

Wow, I had never heard of diesel. About a month ago I found a really nice shoulder bag at a thrift shop with the diesel label and just figured it was some dumb obscure label....guess not!
The bag I got for probably cost like -100.

Hrm... I was hoping this was more along the lines of that "SFW Porn" thing I've seen here.

Before the Diesel logo popped up this just sounded like an elaborate speech concocted by a bro to get girls to sleep with him without a condom.
