Well, if I were to theorize, I'd say that in the mid 90's, there was streaming video, despite the fact that is was very low quality. There were hundreds of internet shows through companies like Pseudo, which you can see more about in a documentary called 'We Live In Public". Now, I honestly don't know what the case was for NAViGaTR, but that is my guess.

Oh, and the narrator, George Wood, is about 5 years dead. That one I'm sure about.

Mode 7 at least kinda-sorta meant something, unlike BLAST PROCESSING
