But seriously, I see what DESSERT is trying to say. Cross pulled the tired "ALL CAPS" shtick when describing how the other side behaves. Its use is pretty prevalent in political discussion, even to the extent that there's a Cracked.com article about it somewhere (yes I read Cracked, wanna fight about it???).

It's effective, but it distorts the issue. But you should realize DESSERT, comedians are well known at distorting issues and using bully pulpits to forward their ideology. Liberal ones just do it much better and are waaaay funnier.

What? He's not offended that they're criticizing the U.S. He's offended that they're completely misinformed, yet vehemently cling to their idiotic ideas. If you want to show him up as a hypocrite, you'd have to demonstrate that he's also grossly misinformed.
