Crisp uniforms and homoerotic undertones.

pineapplejuicer - 2010-09-16

a long time ago on this site someone asked me to post more stories (it stemmed from my oft-repeated "how i almost killed m. night shyamalan" story). someone else asked how i had so many strange stories and i replied that extreme southeast pennsylvania/northern delaware was a really weird place where radically different cultures and economic statuses clash and enmesh on a daily basis. i also said that i would honestly contend that i know more insane people in this area than sane ones. this video reminds me of a t-shirt campaign that took root a few years back where dark blue t-shirts emblazoned with a golden outline of the First State adorned the front and the back simply read

Delaware, Motherfucker.

spikestoyiu - 2010-09-16

What area does that include? All of the gross cities around the airport?

pineapplejuicer - 2010-09-16

not quite, chester is kind of a burned over shithole. the area between west chester and wilmington.

spikestoyiu - 2010-09-16

I used to date a girl that went to Widener. Oof.

Syd Midnight - 2010-09-17

My family comes from southern Pennsylvania and the whole place is just beautiful but with a bizarre Twilight Zone feel about it, so you feel kinda like an Away Team

ProfessorChaos - 2010-09-16

Erm... that history teacher should be crying bullshit.

"I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between church and State."

Just sayin.

ProfessorChaos - 2010-09-16

Also, stars for the guy saying "From the Devil!" at :06

Toenails - 2010-09-16

I asked all those pesky liberals I knew why they were a bunch of fucking Hitlers for supporting the separation of church and state.

They showed me that part of the letter and assured me Thomas Jefferson wrote it.

So I asked them why they were a bunch of nigger loving poofters for supporting the separation of church and state.

My grandmother just looked at me and started crying.

Zarathustra00 - 2010-09-16

I'm going to have to side with the tea party candidate here. Jefferson's letter clearly reads "separation BETWEEN church and state."

Seriously though, I'd hate to have been that history professor's liver that night.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-16

So Hitler must have been quoting Jefferson when he said that. Tea Partiers love to quote Jefferson. It sort of makes you wonder why Hitler was a tea partier.

HP Lovesauce - 2010-09-16

Will do and thanks Glen! Sounds like a sure fire way to start a civilized and intelligent dialogue which is what we all want right?

Cena_mark - 2010-09-16

At first I was going to ask you Lieberals why you're all Nazis. Until I realized this guy is an idiot.

Toenails - 2010-09-16

Well, thanks for letting us know anyways buddy.

We certainly dodged a bullet there.

cognitivedissonance - 2010-09-16

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-09-16

Look, just because I have a hard drive full of sexy Nazi cosplay doesn't mean I support their politics.

Anaxagoras - 2010-09-17

Oppression on a massive scale gets me off.

Don't judge me!

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-16

To save the white race, of course! As you can see, we're infested with idiots.

Chalkdust - 2010-09-16

needs "Carnival of Opinion" tag

PegLegPete - 2010-09-17

A friend of mind complained about why liberals "remind him all the time" about why he isn't one, all the while wishing that conservatives "had a moderate and intelligent spokesman that wasn't crazy" that could somehow pwn those liberal idiots.

I patiently await the day.

StanleyPain - 2010-09-17

Attention all Republicans, conservatives, tea baggers, and related parties:

Please keep comparing everything and everyone you don't personally agree with to Hitler. It makes you look that much more retarded.

Thanks.

themilkshark - 2010-09-17

lol he believes in God

FABIO - 2010-09-30

Common knowledge, but it bears repeating that these people don't really give a shit about the constitution or the founding fathers other than what they can cherry pick out of it to retroactively justify their views. They just turn to those two as some sort of final word bible on American politics to end all discussion.

My friend's father is constantly pulling this shit. First it was the "under god" thing, next it was "in God We Trust" thing, and after repeatedly pointing out how neither was mentioned by the constitution and founding fathers, he started going with the Mayflower Compact and how our country was founded on it.

And the cycle continues.
