"What passage of The Hobbit give you authority to spend in a way other than what the losing Party wishes?"
*removes glasses*
*penetrating stare*

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-25

What no one has mentioned is how the footage of the guy who is supposed to be responding to that stupid stupid woman's penetrating has apparently been doctored.

He's saying something, but there's no audio. The footage looks like it may have been slowed down, to make a momentary puzzled expression last longer, and to make him seem stuck for words. This looks like Goebbels type stuff.

Who is that? He looks familiar. I should probably know, but I don't. He sort of looks Jewish, doesn't he? If someone can tell me who that is, maybe I can find the original footage somewhere.

Interesting that the date she mentions, March of 08 is when Bush was president. I wonder how many TPers missed that.

Its Timothy Geithner, Secretary of the Treasury. And yes, its easy to make other people look dumb by editing their reactions. And its easy to make yourself look dumb when you think slow motion and sustained violin notes will make people look sinister.

"ramming their [candidate] down our throats"

"Obama has awakened people because of the [policies] he is pushing down our throats"

a black man robs a store at gunpoint

grizzly bears

conservative porn is weird

IrishWhiskey - 2010-09-25

The grizzly and Mamma Grizzlies is clear enough. But the black criminal made no sense in context, at all. But the only possible meaning for that one is that Barack Obama's liberal policies will get women assaulted by black thugs. Which...

Okay yes, it makes sense. All you have to do is think racist and drink turpentine.

This video actually made me feel that the capacity to leave comments on videos like these is really damned important to the future.

Dear future : Send time machine cleansing force soon.

Dear Future:

Really, we're all just sick about this.

Ann Coulter: "DeTocqueville always noticed how strong American women are"
Previously quoted Ann Coulter: "[Because they vote Democrat] American women shouldn't have the right to vote"

Stated about Phyllis Schlafly "She managed to defeat a Constitutional Amendment"
Unstated about Phyllis Shlaffley "That guaranteed equal rights for women. Also she thinks husbands have the right to beat and rape their wives"

Stated of Conservative Women "It really is stunning how much of the passion comes from the women"
Unstated of Conservative Women "Considering we only trot the women out to tear down their rights, or minority women to tear down minorities."

"Motherhood is a political act. Period."
OH COME ON! DO I REALLY NEED TO CONTINUE WITH THIS?

kingarthur - 2010-09-25

I really feel like if this new Republican/conservative/tea party/pundit movement wins a majority, the country may as well douse itself in gasoline and set itself on fire.

However, I must say that I am TITILATED, yes, TITILATED about the prospect of conservative America going full retard with no hope or prayer of ever hitting the brakes in time to stop themselves from crashing into the inevitable wall of reality. Of course, they may take us all with them.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-25

To me, this feels like 1994 all over again. Back then, Clinton was struggling just like Obama is now., and considered a goner by arrogant conservatives. Like Clinton, Obama is going to need batshit crazy republicans in congress to distinguish himself. It's just the way it is, because Independent voters clearly have the attention span of a cocker spaniel, and they're the ones who determine the political direction of the nation.

Without a Republican congress, Obama has no hope for a second term. With Senators like that cunt who doesn't believe in autism running around, he's going to be re-elected, and he's going to look presidential as hell.

kingarthur - 2010-09-25

But then we may have years of Clinton-style compromises with the far right. Clinton, though he accomplished a lot, can't really be said to have had an impact for many progressive policies.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-25

Ann Coulter: "DeTocqueville always noticed how strong American women are"

Of course, DeTocqueville never met those cunts whose husbands died on 9/11.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-25

kingarthur, it may well be that Obama's "impact on progressive policies" will be to prevent the country from being taken over by a cult of paranoid lunatics with fascist tendencies. According to a recent poll, most Republicans believe that Obama is a muslim. This is not about a difference of opinion. Thanks to Fox and Rush and the internet, these people are living in their own reality, and that is the definition of a cult. They're trained to disregard anything that doesn't come from their own cult media. And their media tells them any fucking thing it wants, so that rich people can get their tax breaks, and their tort reform.

What's going to stop them is Obama being reelected, because that will keep the executive branch out of their hands long enough for independents and rational conservatives to see through the big lies. At least that's what I'm hoping for.

I'm trying to gauge the danger, and I'm not really sure what the appropriate level of concern is, but these people are a threat, and stopping them will be job one.

StanleyPain - 2010-09-25

Motherhood is a political act!! So long as it's white, middle class people having the babies. If you're black or hispanic and younger than 20, YOU'RE A GODDAMN WELFARE BROODMARE!!!

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-25

I only managed to watch about 90 seconds. There's a black man robbing a store at gunpoint? Holy fucking shit.

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-09-25

Lady Gaga! Sex and the City! Negro with gun!

You know, I thought Ron Paul Revolution was a stupid gimmick poster, but maybe his caricature of teabaggers is closer to reality than I imagined.

charmlessman - 2010-09-25

OK, here's my solution.
Get all the "Mama Grizzly" soccer moms and pit them against all the earth mother hippie women in a giant Jell-O deathmatch.
No matter who wins, we all win.
