I would like to point out that they are addressing each other by their civilian names while in senshi form. That is a huge breach of magical girl protocol!

All of those voice actors are on at least the same level as any voice actor in the Ocean group. If the lines on the drawings were a little thinner and less pixelated this would be indistinguishable from the anime they show on TV.

One of the characters is using a uh... different audio capture setup.
