dupe, unfortunately.

Fuck the dupe squad.
Also, the comments on YT are hillarious. Very few people seem to understand that this is mocking Dawkins and science.
I'm unsure if the use of rap was to entertain creationist kids, or lend more of an air of negro menace to Dawkins. Either way it's evil.

Old_Zircon - 2010-09-22 I had a feeling that's what was going on, but the tone is inconsistent enough I couldn't be sure.

You'd think doing a google search of this domain for "dawkins" would have been enough to turn up the other post of this.

Well, it certainly looks like they spent a lot of time on this. Not on the chorus of the rap, I mean, or the bad video layering in place of well timed animation... My guess is they spent a bunch of time making this limp Dawkins parody so inoffensive that their God-fearing relatives could watch it and see what all that college education is turning out.

I like this a lot, even though I think it is from Ben Stein's anti-knowledge/pro-Zionism movie and is also a dupe. Probably the funniest thing such folks have ever done.

Blue - 2010-09-23 They didn't do it. They hired a viral marketing firm to do it. You haven't seen the movie but trust me. It didn't have the knowledge level or the production values of this piece.

Old_Zircon - 2010-09-23 The firm probably weren't fundamentalists, either, and it sort of shows.
Oh, after watching a bunch of Dawkins videos on here, I feel pretty confident that this is an OK dupe. The "science is interesting" clip is on here at least 4 times.
