I'll come right out and say it: Dennis Nedry doesn't get enough work. He deserves more money than the million or two they paid him for Seinfeld.

craptacular - 2010-09-30

you mean Wayne Knight

Comrade Admiral - 2010-09-30

he meant what he said

Innocent Bystander - 2010-09-30

Surely it's the can that squeals, not the fatso.

TheSupafly - 2010-09-30

I always thought that it was the little can device that made that noise, its never even been suggested to me that a human made it. But now that it has been planted in my head... I sort of buy it.

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-09-30

In the countless times I saw this film, I never once thought that noise was coming from the can.

What the Hell is wrong with you two?!

Time Travel Mishap - 2010-09-30

I go back and forth. Right now I am pretty sure it was him but other times I'm positive it was the can.

I have put a lot of thought into this actually. way more then I want to admit.

kennydra - 2010-09-30

i'm with you TTM. one of life's mysteries.

i suppose we could go back in time, to when this was filmed, and find out for sure, but who knows what ungodly havoc that would wreak?

StanleyPain - 2010-09-30

I'm guessing this was unintentional and Spielberg just left it in because it established what a wanker this character is. Probably the most spot on character from the book in this whole movie.

chumbucket - 2010-09-30

I thought the whole scene here did a perfect job, simply from the way props were used. His entrance with that huge unwieldy bag and the whole eating thing made for some fun discomfort about both of these gys. Oh and let's not forget "we've got Dodgson here!".

asian hick - 2010-09-30

He's no Goldblum.

Hooker - 2010-09-30

On a related note, does anyone still watch this movie?

WHO WANTS DESSERT - 2010-09-30

I re-watched it in high-definition for the first time in years, the plot is both dumb and quite possibly one of the most plot hole-filled big-budget blockbusters ever made. But the special effects are still pretty great (aside from a few pure CG bits that are poorly composited).

On a related note, my GF at the time thought the dinosaurs were really cloned for use in a movie.

More importantly, she was hot.
