Go to your windows directory. There you will find a folder called "Sytem32" this directory is causing all of your problems. You will have to delete this folder to fix the problem and this will speed up your computer as well. Two birds with one stone. You can thank me later.

Run the general maintenance programs, reboot, then reassess the situation. If the DLL error is in relation to Windows, general maintenance may solve it. If it is in relation to a third party program, your version of Windows may not support it if it's older, which may be fixable with a simple DLL download or tweaking combatibility mode settings.

Under no circumstances are you to blame yourself for the willfully poor end-user comprehension of computer programmers.
